What's going on with my 240 No start-AGAIN??????????? 200 1991

I mentioned the crank sensor on the first post of yours, as well as the fuel pressure regulator, which will make it run rich, and will not set a code for itself since it is not a sensor. The crank sensor sometimes sets a code in the ignition system, but as I suggested on my first post, if it is yellow banded and original it is suspect, if it is falling apart it is suspect. Have you replaced your plugs yet?

Chris
