Factory cargo barrier install

My 1990 740 factory cargo gate is held in the up or down position by 4 black plastic U-clips. Two are screwed to the back of the rear seats (gate clicks into them for down position) and two are screwed to the underside of the trim above the rear side windows (gate clicks up into the clips for the up position). If this isn't too clear, if you have a dealer nearby I am sure they would be glad to show you where to mount the clips.
