'81 GLT Wagon white wire? 200 1981

Am doing some relacing and repairs. Back by the tailights on the brick there is a white wire coming out of the harness on both sides that is just hanging. Can't remember on the right, but left is two whites into a female plug. I can't figure out what these are for? I can't find these wries (yes, they appear to be factory) in my wiring schematic either.

Anyone know?
