hate to do it but i may need to

id hate to say it but maybee i need to unless i can get some help... ive just had bad luck with my 142e. the day i got it registered i dont know how but i blew out first gear and cracked the cassing to the tranny. at that time i had niether the time or money to get a replacement for it. now i have the monmey or will soon...justr started a good job a week ago and im waiting on my next check... but any way... if i cant get a tranny over the summer then im gonna need to get rid of it. i really hate to say that id have to but i cant let it rot, id rather sell it to someone who can fix her up. but once i get the tranny i can fix the few other things...like leaks in the fuel line and locking emergency brakes....but ok so either tell me iff your interested in helping me get the car off my hands or if theres anyone who i can get a tranny off of...less than 500 or so..its a 71 142e manual m41 tranny...better yet if any one has a m41 but if i can ghet it cheaper with out the over drive it will be fine cause even though the OD on mine doenst work but i dont think it would be necesary to replace it especialy if i can save a few bucks....please help me on this decision its a tough one for me its so hard for me to want to get rid of the car but i dont wanna watch it rot
