Help!! Installed new breather box and car runs awful! 900

'91 940 Turbo Wagon. I replaced the oil breather box, hoses, and plastic "y". Things were pretty gummed up. The small nipple on the "Y" was completely clogged. Now the motor cuts out and bucks. It idles fine but with any pressure on the gas pedal, the motor cuts out. All suggestions welcome. Thanks. Dennis
