B20F cam in a B18B 1800

Is this a worhtwhile swap? I have a b20f with only 46000 miles on the clock(1972 1800e) but with rusted cylender walls(sitting in a barn since 1976 or 77). What do I need to swap other than cam, lifters, and push rods? Will I see a difference or should I just put old faithfull back together as is. All opinions will of course be subject to all pertainable disclaimers.......:)

Merci

Yvan
