Northern VA or DC Metro Volvo Repair 700 1990

Hey, folks.

I am seeking recommendations for reputable and cost-effective Volvo repair shops in the NorVA/DC area. I require a service facility that can smartly handle at least a top-end rebuild + reconditioning of my 765T powerplant. I am unfamiliar with the Volvo scene in the metro area, and don't know who to avoid, who to call.

Specifically, I need:

Rebuild/rebuilt head (total failure of coolant system)
Replace radiator
Replace thermo
Complete diagnostic of all other systems and repair/replace as needed (though many of them are new OEM replacements I have done over the last 18 mos, so there should be very little along these lines)
Replace all vacuum and fuel lines
Adjust/lube sunroof mechanism
Trace intermittent open on headlight circuit
etc. etc.

If you've a favorite shop to recommend, mind also giving me a heads-up on their rates?
