Buy or not? S90-V90

A lovely luxurious car to drive but does require careful maintenance. Because it is loaded there will be things go wrong. This would not be a car to send daughter off to out of state college in unless she is going to maintain it meticulously. I know from personal experience that young girls typically do not do that. A 240 or 740 would be better for that.

However, having said all that my experience with my V90 has been excellent. Bought it @ 102K, now has 140K, no problems except the normal replacement stuff such as brakes, belts, plastic rad etc. Very safe car, last of the heavier rear wheel drive cars by Volvo, side bags, seat belt tensioner etc etc.
