spare fuel pump relay in NY, MA anyone? 200

Hey guys,

sorry for bothering you with that, I have been stuck yesterday at a service plaza because of a faulty fuel pump relay. I am armed now with all the necessary technical information and stuff, and ready to conquer back the Blue Beauty.

However. I have been calling all local parts stores in the morning, and of course no one has a fuel pump relay for my 86 Volvo 240. By any chance, is there anyone somewhere between Utica, NY and Springfield MA with a spare post-86 FPR? I am willing to pay any reasonable price, whatever. OK, possibly I can jumper the fuses, and it will help, but I would feel more comfortable if I had a spare FPR on me.

BTW, does anyone know anything about the highway towing rules of Massachussetts? Can I tow my car on the highway with another car?
