fluxuating idle?

I have a 1988 240 Dl with 165000 miles on it. It seems when I'm at a light and the m47 is in neutral I get a verly slight fluxuation in the idle. The tack just goes up and down a hair. I just replace the airfilter but that did not help. What is the next thing I might do. I have though about cleaning my TB, but I'm not 100% shure about how to do it. Is this what I really need to do? Might anyone have any ideas how?
Oh it looks like the power window conversion will have to wait two weeks now, because the savage yard was not open today. That was a little disapointing as I had a nice three day weekend to do the install. oh well.

Thank's and happy bricking.
