Glueing old plastic

For those of us who work on older cars and have the plastic tabs break off, take note. I found GOOP at Home Depot. There are three different kinds, I used Household GOOP to glue the tabs back on to my speaker covers. Worked great! They feel as hard as the original plastic and hold just like new.
I have also used it to glue the plastic cover over the rear trunk wall. It looks like new again. Try it and let me know if there is anything better for plastic.
Remember, the glue is not as strong as the original, so don't force it.
