internmittent no-start - URGENT stuck at service plaza 200

OK, I dont know how did I manage to screw up jumpering the fuses for the first time. BUT! For the second time it worked fine - to the amazement of bystanders at the service plaza. I already uninstalled the old fuel pump relay, will be receiving a new one from FCP Groton tomorrow - everything is great!!! THank you all for your help!
