740 turbo smokes 700 1987

I have a 1987 740 turbo i just bought the car today. It blows smoke out of the exhaust pipe. I checked the oil and it wasn't over filled. Next i am going to replace flame trap, vaclum lines and the turbo show no oil leak. I am going to change the oil return line from the turbo to the block. The car has 200,000 miles but all maintance records. I am 16 years old and this is my frist car i was wondering if anyone had a idea on what is wrong with it.
