Running Rich after much work, wondering if AMM is bad... 200

I'm back with the lastest installment of questions.
'86 245
I have replaced the oxygen sensor, cleaned throttle body, checked for air intake hose leaks, checked for vacuum leaks, replaced flame trap, and cleaned out breather box.
At warm idle, the oxygen sensor reads 0.92V. When I go to adjust the AMM, the voltage on my O2 sensor doesn't do a damn thing. stays at .92V
If i unplug the AMM, the enigine runs like doo doo, so it is doing something.
Also, my dash temp guage, even after an hour of driving in 95 degree florida heat, only gets up to 1/4 the way up. this is new.

please, throw me some suggestions. I'm about to drive to California and want this settled before Mr. Gasman takes me to the cleaners...

thanks,
daniel
