Car broken down 700 1988

lright back to the drqing board....
I checked the hall sensor with the distributer off the car and in the start position. If you turn it the fuel pump kicks in and the injectors work. So, that means the hall sensor works right?

Second, the distributer is turning and (so isn't the timming belt)

However, when i crank over the car the needle does not jump. Going back out to check the relays....
