Thank You Garyh 700

Garyh, you where 100% correct, hit the nail on the head, home run. My check valve was good, found no vac leaks under hood or dash, plugged off yellow hose to dash vent vac servo and problem solved! Due to the fact I live in South Fla. I will not bother to replace the bad servo either (unless I have it out for an other reason in the future), I don't give a rats ass about floor vent flow, just cool in the face AC.

thanks again buddy, "Park"
