You need to drop the tranny to get to this seal. And I don't know any place that would drop tranny for less than $500 in my area.

I did this job on several cars, and I would not call this job easy. Need to take down exhuast, all heat shields, drive shaft, and transmission. (some mechanics prefer lifting the engine and tranny togather from front. I gess it is safer than dropping tranny from bottom) Even after long experience working on cars, it still takes 10 hours to do this job.
