No wonder my wagon was vibrating so bad!! 200 1986

I finally got time to replace my rear u-joint today.When I had the driveshaft in the vise I noticed one "arm" of the 4 in the u-joint was missing the needle bearings!It was just banging around in the bearing cap and it wore a pretty good groove in the steel.
It was pretty easy to replace,I don't know why I was apprehensive about removing the driveshaft,that was the easy part.
It rides so much smoother now.I put grease fittings on the other 2 u-joints and gave them some new grease while I was under there.
I think I'll do my pinion seal on my '90 now that I know it's not that bad of a job.
Sometimes you just have to go for it.
