rear fog light switch 200 1986

the rear fog light is the top most red light on the rear of the wagon, and it is a lot brighter than the standard rear running lights. I think it is so that in heavy fog people can see you easier from behind and so they won't rearend you.

But, as far as the light in the switch goes, I thought mine was burned out for a couple years but then while installing a tach in the instrument cluster I had to remove that fog light switch. Then when I reinstalled it the light worked.

So, you should take the switch out, unplug the connectors to the light, plug them back on and it just might work without a new bulb.
