940 alloy wheel damage 900 1991

Below is a pic of one of the Aries alloy wheels on my 940. My question is: can damage like this be repaired and look good? I bought the wheels second hand and no, it wasn't me who did this :) This is the worst damage on any wheel on the car. The other wheels aren't anywhere near as bad as this one. A new wheel is worth almost $450 Australian from a dealer. I was thinking about asking a wheel repair place for their opinion but thought I would ask here first.

Any thoughts or suggestions are appreciated as always.
