None. Lay it on a flat surface and stretch the material slightly. Cut slits (like on the original) to make it fit at the corners.

The first headliner I did, I preserced the cheese cloth type of backing and glued the new headliner material to it. That also worked well. Be careful because you can end up glueing the headliner material to the formed metal, and it won't look good.
