I was just on the phone to my Volvo wreaker about the starter (should have it before the weekend if I'm lucky) and he has the foglight brackets, grill and lights to do the job, for about 120 of our crappy Australian dollars. (about 80 of yours)

Once I've bought important stuff like brake rotors, shock absorbers and a new intank pump, I'm fitting foglights to the front grill. Along with all the other stuff I want to do.
