big bore engine guage readings 120-130

Hello all.
Finally got the auxillary gauges hooked up and wondered what others are getting for thier readings...the manuals only list stock engines.
The car is a B20E overbored to 2.2 liters with the Isky/IPD torque cam and headers, electronic ignition, etc. The VDO temp sender was much shorter than the stock temp gauge and I was wondering if this will cause off readings? Currently the car has been running at 230-240 degrees F at highway speed and oil pressure has been around 50-60 PSI at highway speed (70mph/3000rpm).
Does this sound acceptable? I just don't want to be watching a gauge thinking happy thoughts while the engine is unhappy.
Start the first road trip of the summer this weekend :).
Thanks in advance.
-Erik
