1986 alternator - which years fit 200

HI,

the one after the final chapter of my 1986 Volvo DL.... after replacing all fuses relays and stuff it turned out that the alternator died. Now, I wanna sell the car soon and am really broke anyway. Autozone sells an alternator for like 90 bucks (Duralast), but it is an 80 amp one as opposed to the normal, 70 amp. I know later Volvo models use the 80 amp one. Will it work in my 1986?
