Engine can not be restarted after a drive and can not accelerate during the driving

Hi, Jim,
Thank you for your suggestion.
I think the 1nd problem is probably from failed fuel pump.

How about the 1st problem:
The engine can be started smoothly in the morning, noon or evening if it is not being used for half a day.
But after a driving, it can not be started anyway. no sound. the head beam can dim.

I am a student and do not know too much about repairing. I hope to get enough information and estimate:
what is the problem so I can find a cheap garage.
whether it will cost me a lot or not.
