A/C Compressor Magnetic Clutch is not getting 12V 900 1995

Folks,

Just bought a 1995 845 (101k) and noticed that the A/C Compressor Magnetic Clutch is not engaging automatically. When I splice a +12V jumper into the green wire running to the magnetic clutch, the clutch engages and the A/C system blows cold air.
I checked the cable to pressure switch on the accumulator/dryer and got zero Volts when I put the DVM leads into the female plug. I checked the owners manual and found no fuse for the A/C system. I visually checked both blower 30A fuses (#6 and #16) and they looked good.

I looked on 700/900 FAQ and did not see a similar situation. I just ordered the wiring service manual.

Is there a relay that feeds the cable to the switch on the accumulator/dryer? What path feeds 12V to the magnetic clutch?

Thanks so much
