Red STOP button? S90-V90

Also the passenger seat only moves with the ignition On (at least on my '97 S90).

Related question is: Shouldn't the STOP button be mounted near the driver, ala power window lockout, and not the passenger? Sort of like taping a spare key in plain view next to your front door.

Related question #2: For me it's difficult to tell at a glance whether it's depressed or not, the switch doesn't really travel that far between the On and Off positions.
