Speedo vs Electronic Tach Readings. 120-130

OK Here's a weird one for you .... Normally my B20E equipped with Crane XR 700 electronic ignition reads 3000 rpm at 73 mph .... today it was in the 80s for the first time this Spring and suddenly there was a discrepancy between the Tach and the Speedometer ... at 3000 rpm the speedo read 78 mph ... anyone got any idea what's going on and which one should I believe .. the Aftermarket Tach or the Original Speedometer ??
