Yeah, those strips are attached with little clips. The strips are hooked onto that. If you want to un-hook them, use a screwdriver to wiggle them off. Do this at the bottom of the strip: they come off easier there. (might be helpfull to slightly push the strip downwards as you wiggle with the screwdriver to unhook it, gives some more room for the clips)
Putting them on is vice versa: hook on the top of the strip first, and then click on the bottom.
