Please help! Fuel problem, hot start, already went through FAQs 700

Hi, got a 86 760 turbo and have the typical hot start problem.

Already checked or changed:
fuel pump check valve
pulled relay and soldered one spot that looked questionable
checked main fuel pump to see if it worked (yes)
fuel pressure regulator diaphram is ok
gas cap is ok
changed fuel filter
changed gas
full tune up
batter is ok
secondary fuel pump works

Still has a problem hot starting

Question:
I checked for voltage going into the main inline fuel pump and I don't get anything. I tested it by putting the key into accessory position and used a 12V light but the light didn't turn on. Am I supposed to get power in accessory position?

Thanks, appreciate any input
