Mirror glass removal S90-V90

I'm swapping out the cool euro convex driver's side mirror glass from my wrecked 940 to my V90, using the directions here for removing and replacing the glass:

it seems that I need two tiny screwdrivers to do this properly (as there are two locking tabs at each corner of the mirror), and perhaps another helper. Is that right, for anyone that has done this before? Thanks
