IPD camshaft+pulley kit+exhaust - worth it for $500 ? 200

This is for our 88 240 w/ 220k miles. I was thinking for about $500 the camshaft+pulley+ipd exhaust should give it roughly 15hp or so which is about 13% increase.

Has anyone dyno'd with a similar setup or have first hand experiences to share ?
