Sorry-I-am not sure where anymore, thought ... 700

Hey again

I thought boost was held until the level specified through the Actuator(CBV) from the intake manifold, was reached.
I have been told that this Mitsu 04-05? has it's signal control not to the top of the Turbo (which i thought was the Actuator) but it is on the bottom of the Turbo, beside the wastegate? is that true

So i am asking for advice

again

on where this signal comes from-goes to

or where i would find spec's and blue prints of this affair.

hope
