hello,
i have a 86 240 wagon & when i pulled the carpet out to wash it, i had a 1/2 x 1 in long hole in the left rear pass floor pan, and some other rust just starting. i got some por15 rust repair & por15 epoxy. i'm doing the rust repair now. lot's of rust suggestions on bb & dave shannon's web page on floor pan repair.

look behind the rear bumper under the car, too.

just observations.
