760t where does this hose go to

hi guys i have a 760 turbo and there is a white vacuum line comming in the firewall and goes to top of the heater somewhere but here we go the but word i dont know where it goes and its not connected to anything. my heater does not work and i think this is the problem.
hope somebody can help me as winter has just arrived
