Camshaft questions 200

Hi

I have a B230F engine and want to improve power a little bit. Currently the standard "M" camshaft is used on that engine. My question is, can I improve power by simply using another camshaft e.g. out of a B230FB, or should I replace the whole cylinder head incl. the "H" or "K" camshaft? Would a camshaft itself combined with a larger diameter exhaust (without the swap of the whole cylinder head) change something in power output?
