Installing Windshield washer nozzles 200 1989

Hello Thank you all for all your great advice so far!! :) I have successfully cleaned out my windshield washer resevior and reconnected a new main hose only to find the nozzles are still geting clogged!! I have tried to remove any clogs with a staple, saftey pin and blew air thru them. Still the fluid dribbles out of the nozzles and after a few attempts stops altogether. So I am thinking about ordering a new pair from ipd, but the install seems a bit intimidating. Do I have to remove the 2nd metal layer on the underside of the engine hood to get to these things? Not sure how else I would access and install? Any suggestions?
ThanX!! :)
