OS Sersor changed.... now not hear frecuency valve... 200 1983

Hi!,
Last saturday I change my Oxygen Sensor (BOSCH 11027) for my volo 240 turbo 1,983, I remeber the Frecuency valve buzz all time, now It is buzz for 1/2 minute and the I cant hear it. The extrage of this problem is, If I disconnect the OS Sensor I hear the buzz again. Any advice?
