Well, the other day I had a little accident on the 101 South after seeing my cousin's graduation. I was changing lanes and I didn't see anybody there but I think the guy came down the offramp or pulled out from behind me and I hit them as I changed lanes. Their car moved forward, caught my bumper in the rear quarter panel, and yanked my car forward. The only damage to my 1988 744 TIC was a broken bumper and turn indicator lense. However, the frame got a bit tweaked. It isn't too bad but everything in the front looks a bit off. I want to get the frame pulled but don't have much money to throw at it (I already have gotten a new bumper and lense). How much do you think it will cost me? The crash was low-speed and I think I just need a bit of straightening. There is a 1/4 inch gap between the hood and the quarterpanel on the driver's side that wasn't there before and the hood is really close to the passanger side quarter panel, but the hood isn't damaged, just moved. The passanger bumper mount looks a bit higher than the driver's side one, as do the passanger headlights in comparison to the driver's side. If you would like pictures, just let me know.
Thanks so much,
Eamon
P.S. - If there is anyone in the L.A. Area and Southern California who can simpathize and wants to help me fix the frame for less than a body shop, I would be eternally grateful.
