wastegate Bypass Valve-when broken?-crazy glue...any ideas??? 700

On my TD 04-12B Mit turbo the wastegate valve did not look repairable.
The two parts were held together by rolled over metal all the way around.
I was quoted a price of $3??-$400 for a new one. $100 doesn't seem too bad. You might do better at a junk yard.
