Rustproofing 700 1989

It is oil petrolium base and it seeps. It has to be re-applied every year at the cost of $115. They say that it that it helps keep cables etc. lubricated. I have seen cars 20 years old that are like new. But like Chris says it's only as good as the person applying it.
Chris checked out your suggestion and it looks interesting. My wife even read up on the product and commented.
This car is great so far. It's our first Volvo. I have lowered it with the springs from Eurosport Tuning. They lower it 1.5 inches. but because it's been like this it normal. I would like to get some Hydras for it.
