Bolt size for center armrest??

Hey guys, just a quick and easy question. I got a blue center armrest in perfect condition off ebay for like 30 bucks but it did't come with the larger bolts that mount to the transmission tunnel. They look like they would be 17mm but I don't know. Also what thread pitch or does it matter. I will most likely be going to home depot or loews or ace hardware as that is where I get all my fasteners. Thanks in advance!!
