WIRING QUESTION FOR MY IN DASH RADIO 200 1986

Recently, you may have seem my posts where I had been blowing fuse #8. Well, I finally tracked it down to my radio. My son had wired a Blaupunt radio/cassette unit into the existing wires that had had a factory Volvo radio in all the car's life. All had been well for about 10 months until I started blowing fuse #8. I looked at the fuse bar list of fuses and noted that fuse #1 is where the radio should be tied into. There are only 3 wires coming off of the back of the replacement unit Yellow for power, Red to the ignition switch and Black for ground. I have everything in place now, but when I turn the car off, I loose everything I set up. Coming off of fuse #1 is a yellow with black stripe wire. A green one is to fuse # 8. Where is the ignition wire I should be tying into. I'm lost. The Haynes manual doesn't show this detail.

Any help would be appreciated..... Thanks..
