alternator - last part 200

OK guys, the alternator story is about to end...

I'm just about to release my car from the satanicmechanic who handed me a bill I won't pay in full. For one, because it's too expensive (150 bucks) for putting in and testing 3 alternators, for two, because the bitch broke my pre-heat hose. The guy is AAA certified, so I guess I have to file a complaint with them.

What would you guys do? Can I get away with not paying the bill and bringing my car away if he fails to accept the complaints? Any advice would be appreciated... not used to dealing with people like this.... and do not even know my rights exactly in this case.

Thanks,

Harry
