J type OD into a 122. 120-130

The flange on the J type OD has a different hole and coupling configuration than that of the front part of the first U joint in my '68 122 sedan. How have people who have done this dealt with it?
Should I head for the junk yard and get, what, the first U joint from, what, a 240 series 5 speed with a J type OD? Do the 240 series 5 speeds have a J type? Would that fit onto a 122 drive shaft? Would I have to get an entire drive shaft?
Any more questions?!?
Many thanks.
