1)Brake line threads; 2)pulling a brake rotor 200 1990

1)I'm re-doing the brakes on my $100 special 245, which I'm showing my 17-yr old son to fix up. The brake line sheared off in the caliper (used PBlaster but 20-20 hindsight should have also used heat). Need to replace the brake line, at the parts store they had no cross-reference. I could recognize the flare, but anyone know the size/type of the threads? The line I got doesn't seem to thread easily & I don't want to ruin the threads on the re-built caliper (it says European and 3/16 on the sticker on the line).
2)I've never had a rotor so rusted on. I usually beat the rotor with a hammer. It's coming REAL slowly. Can I ruin the bearing or something? Should I get a puller? I don't remember what to get, I had one years ago but had all my tools stolen out of my garage. Thanks in advance. -Gary
