Ignition Coil Blue wire positive (15) or negative (1) 700 1986

I've installed an ignition coil on my 740 turbo. I neglected to mark the wires (rookie mistake). I need to know which is which, I could not find the wire or coil on the electrical chart. I do know that the blue wire is also connected to a yellow wire that leads to a small device attached to the coil harness.

That really threw me, I believe the blue and yellow combo is the positive (15) and the single yellow is the negitive (1).

All I need is conformation prior to starting her up.

Would starting it with the wires reversed cause serious damage? I fear it would seriously damage either the coil or electrical system. Is either of these therioes correct?

Thanks for any and all replies!
