How to access in tank fuel pump on '95 945

Before I go tearing into everything blindly I thought I would acquire some seasoned advice. I have a 1995 940 with a non functioning fuel pump. In 1995 Volvo did away with the under the car main fuel pump plus in tank with a single in tank fuel pump. I have had bad luck in the past with removing panels with out some info on removing them and I couldn't find anything in the FAQ. Can some one lend me some info on how to get to the in tank fuel pump? I need to make sure power is getting to the pump to rule out any other gremlins - I can't hear the pump turn on at KPII, the relay is good, there is gas in the tank, but there is not any fuel in the rail.
