Advice needed - Headlight, emergency, and signal lights interfering each other S90-V90

First, thanks in advance for any given comment and advice. My S90 lights are acting up. Here are symptoms:
1) Headlights off; Activating the left signal would flash left signal and all emergency lights. Right signal works fine.
2) Headlights on; Left signal and emergency lights on always. Activating left signal makes no difference. Activating right signal works fine, but now all lights are on like a X-mas tree.
