which has the best stopping power... 'big' brakes or 'jumbo' brakes? 700 1988

Gang,

I want to do a brake conversion, but I'm not sure which conversion to do.

I have an 88 740 with 10.25 non-ABS Girling calipers. I have the option of doing the "big" (11.25" girling dual piston) converstion or the "jumbo" (11" single piston) conversion.

I have to get basically the same parts for both conversions, so I'm going to put it to you to recommend the best one.

Well? Which one?

Thanks!!!

Mike
